(a) Heat the cooking pan for l^minute.
Thenspreadoneteaspoonfulofoilalloverthe
surfaceof thepanandletitheatforfrom 1
to 2 minutes.
(b) Addthe salt, thenthe vegetables and
ginger. Turn over frequently until the vol-
umeofthevegetablesisreducedto%.
(c) Addtheprimary soup,andletitcook
until it boils. Keep the soup boiling slowly
untildone. Thelengthoftimedependsupon
thekindofvegetables. Itisbesttokeepthe
panuncovered.
