Afewdropssesamum-seedoil

lyocupsmushrooms
1%cupswaterchestnuts
(a) Putthenoodlesintoboilingwater,and
boiluntiltheyfloatonthesurface.
(b) Quicklyplaceincoldwaterandstir.
(c) Putagainintoboilingwaterfor 1 min-
ute.
(d) Putintoacleanbowlcontainingtheoil,
sesamum-seedoil, Chinese sauce, and a little
pepper.
(e) Cutthechicken,mushrooms,andwater
chestnuts into pieces 1% inches long. Cook
until done. Mix together and add Chinese
gravy.
