(a) Frythechoppedchickeninahot,oiled
pan.


(&) Addthe gingerjuiceand Fun Wine.
Thenthechoppedwaterchestnuts,mushrooms,
andbamhooshoots. Mixwell.
(c) Addenoughprimarysouptocoverand
cookuntil done.
(d) Add Chinesegravyand remove from
the stoveatonce.
(e) Salttosuitthetaste.
Serve on top oflettuce. Usethe Chinese
hamdiceandthefriednoodlesasagarnish.
