Track record: The investment bank partici-
pated in the biggest transaction of the year
in Brazil by advising Banco Bradesco - its
parent company and one of the country’s
largest banks - in the acquisition of HSBC
Bank Brasil for a total of $5.2 billion. With
the deal, Bradesco will take over all national
operations of HSBC, including retail, insu-
rance and asset management, as well as all
the branches and clients.
