It is my intent to enter into an agreement with

terms:

documents giving Buyer the legal right to lease and/or

- Length of time for Buyer to exercise Option to be

monthly amount of $_____.^ - Seller will prepare all documents at his/her expense
to finalize this transaction.^ - I understand it is Buyer’s intention to find a Lease
