http://www.YourURL.com. I’m at 123 Any Town Street right now. As
you can see, it’s a very nice 3-bedroom, 2-bath home sitting on a
cul-de-sac with a fenced in back yard with great trees. As you
can also see, the houses in the surrounding neighborhood are also
exceptionally nice houses.
“Now we’re approaching the front door. Take a look at this
attractive entrance to the home. We are now walking into the
front hallway. Notice the hard wood floors, the spacious 8 - foot
ceilings. Would you look at this new paint in the living room.”

As you continue with the tour, always add a “call to action” at
the close. Encourage that viewer to go to your website to get the rest of
the details. Remember you are always creating ways to streamline your
“leads funnel,” and this is one of those ways.
This is super simple and easy to do. You don’t even need to be
on camera with this method. You are just walking through the house
with a camera in hand, leading your viewers on the grand tour, so to
speak. Talk as though you are chatting with a friend. Let your
personality come through. Have fun with it.
