The key here is not to become a pest, but add useful information
to the forum or blog comments. Your knowledge of real estate will
come into play here as you add tidbits of your own experiences in this
industry. It’s also a great way to connect with other investors.
Look on Google for “real estate investing blogs,” making
comments as you go. Because there is an endless supply of blogs and
forums, choose only two or three and concentrate your efforts there. For
forums, simply run a search on Google for “real estate investing
forums.”
By the way, this is yet another prime example of an activity that is easily
farmed out. With a few simple instructions, you can hire an outsource
person to make these posts for you (see Chapter 10).
