A simple salad recipe that takes 5 minutes to prepare and will yield you 4 to 6 servings.
Ingredients:
4 Gala apples, cut into chunks
2 navel oranges, cut into chunks
2 tablespoons raisins
1 tablespoon of olive oil
How to prepare:
 In a bowl, combine the apples, oranges, raisins, and oil.
 Press some oranges with the back of a spoon to release juice.
 Cover and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
 Allow to sit at room temperature 10 minutes before tossing and serving.
