A quick recipe takes about 10 minutes prep time and 15 minutes cook time for a total of
25 minutes providing you with 5 servings.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of Olive oil
1 1/4 pounds Brussels sprouts, quartered
1 can (8 ounces) tomato purée
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
How to prepare:
 In a large sauté pan, heat the oil.
 Add the Brussels sprouts.
 Cover and cook for about 3 minutes, turning occasionally, or until they start to
brown.
 Add the tomato purée, garlic, and salt.
 Stir.
 Cover and reduce the heat to low.
 Cook for about 8 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are tender.
