more easily. Some strains of influenza are endemic in pigs (see swine influenza), and pigs
also can acquire human influenza.”
Do I have your attention now? Other unclean meats are the squirrel, the turtle, mouse,
rat and frog which are becoming fashionable in certain parts of the world to eat
nowadays from what I’m reading in the papers, especially in Asia.. When it comes to fish
we need to eat fish that lack fangs and have scales, fish that do not meet this criteria are
fish like the catfish, shark, piranha, sturgeon, crab and lobster, shrimp, oysters, scallops,
birds of prey like the buzzard, hawk, swan and woodpecker. What is it that they cause
you ask; well very simply: sickness, illness and disease. These are animals that eat other
dead animals and other garbage. It’s no wonder that lobster was once considered the
cockroach of the ocean and now it’s considered as the best supposed quality fish meat.
Yet if you eat lobster, crab, shrimp, oysters...your blood uric acid levels will rise. Why? It’s
not considered healthy food for your body. Plain and simple.
What are examples of clean meat? Beef, lamb, deer, goat and fish that don’t have
fangs but have scales that are clean, bass, blue fish, cod, haddock, halibut, herring,
mackerel, snapper, trout, salmon, perch, sole and chickens with their eggs, birds like
quail and turkey, just to name a few. It is not needful that we can eat all of those; the
point is that there are many clean meats that you can choose from. Never diet, meaning
to starve yourself but eat safe proper food, don’t go hungry, don’t skip meals but enjoy
every bite.
Avoid concentrates such as sugar and fat. Fat is a concentration of various poisons. As
animal store fats, they also store along with it many of the poisons that we have
scattered in the environment. It concentrates everything that is not good for us
including cholesterol.
You often see in advertisements from food companies who claim that the oils they use
are cholesterol-free. But what they didn’t tell you is that the oil they use is actually 100%
fat, and that, is definitely not good for you. Remember that the food industry is dollar
driven and because of that you can expect deception all of the time. They will tell you
lies in such a manner that you will believe it because it’s mixed with half-truths. For
example, they say: “This food is cholesterol free.” Cholesterol only occurs in animal
products. None of the vegetable oils have cholesterol in them but since they are all fats,
