it’s bad for you in spite of what the American Heart Association tells you, stating that
30% of calories coming from fat is fine. But the truth of the matter is, only 10% of fat is
ideal, because that’s all that the body can cope with!
If you have a disease like cancer, you’ll have to strive for the ideal. Meaning, that you
should have no visible fat in your body, and as a rule of thumb, you should stick with
below 2 grams of fat per serving. Processed foods have too much fat in them. You can
eat as many of the naturally grown foods as you possibly can, but you need to
permanently cut off on all the fats if you happen to have any disease.
Enjoy complex carbohydrates that the earth has given us like fruits, vegetables and
grains. Don’t go hungry but rather enjoy food! There’s over 100 delicious recipes for you
to enjoy in this e-book. Fill yourself up! Eliminate the fat; it has more than twice as many
calories per gram compared to carbohydrates and protein combined. Let’s take a slice of
whole wheat bread for comparison and yes, it’s good for you. It has 70 calories per slice,
eat as much as you like, it has only 1 gram of fat, 3 grams of protein and 16 grams of
carbohydrates. Carbs is pure energy; it burns clean and has very few waste products.
Only carbon dioxide and water are cleaner! It’s passed out of your urine, sweat,
breathing, perspiring while working. You breathe out carbon dioxide, so it doesn’t stress
the vital organs like the liver and kidneys and so on. Meat generally has 70-75% of its
calories as fats, eggs 70-75% also, cheese has about 70%, fruits only 3%, vegetables
about 5%, grains about 5% also, rice 4% and oatmeal 15%.
Vegetable oils are all 100% fat, therefore, they are very bad for you. I repeat very bad for
emphasis sake. It is true that animal fats have cholesterol in them; all animal products
have it like meat, eggs, butter, milk, cheese etc. Does that mean we shouldn’t use any of
them? Of course not! If we are sick, we should cut on them drastically. If we don’t want
to get sick, we should cut back on them mildly. Animal fats also cause coronary
heart/artery disease and vegetable fats cause cancer. As much as seven times more
cases of cancer are caused by this and then further developed by animal fats. Let’s take
olive oil as an example, it’s a monounsaturated fat and has the good cholesterol called
HDL and has very little LDL. If you want to have good cholesterol levels, you have to go
out and exercise. Have a sweet tooth? Heat up some oatmeal and add a teaspoon of
raw honey in it and don’t feel guilty about it. Raw Honey has only 15 calories per
teaspoon and has many nutrients in it, but try to avoid sugar as much as you can. You
