dropping either, so obviously it didn’t drop very much. As a result of these studies, they
have caused confusion everywhere and your health depends on it.
Jim Anderson is one of the few researchers that understands that if you drop fat to 10%
of your caloric intake, that your diabetes will simply go away. Feed yourself a
carbohydrate diet and exercise; and diabetes will go away! The key then is to eat no fat
with cholesterol in it and your cholesterol will drop at least by 25% in 3 to 4 weeks. By
doing this, you also reduce the risk of heart attack by 50% in a very short period of time
and this is without taking any medicine. For gout sufferers you will see a notable
decrease in your uric acid levels and no gout attacks! Fat is the villain, the bad guy, the
evil empire looking to invade and destroy your entire body!
Beans have more protein than any other food including meat! Isn’t that interesting?
Whole grain breads have more protein per calorie than meat does, so naturally bread is
a good source or protein that gives you that “full feeling”. Remember, that we can eat
50% of our daily calories as bread. Range beef has 9% of its calories as fat since it has
less marbling; it is tougher but a better source of meat than other beefs. If the meat is
very lean, it can have one third as much fat as a similar cut from a grain-fed animal. But
a diet high in protein can potentially kill you! Meat-eating societies have a much shorter
life span. A good example of this is the Eskimos, where their average life span is
approximately 50 years or so.
Today’s animal meat is full of growth hormones, antibiotics, pesticides, herbicides,
nuclear wastes, high levels of adrenaline, and other toxic chemicals from air and ground
pollution. All of these compounds are considered carcinogenic or cancer-causing. We
find more cancer in the cows, pigs and chickens today, than ever before. And man eats
this! We have also lost our integrity and sense of decency. Many farmers are now
grinding up their sick and dying cows, pigs and chickens and mixing this “dead” often
“diseased” meat into their regular animal feeds. This leads to “mad cow” and “hoof and
mouth” disease. We see this now, especially in Europe where they have been feeding
dead sheep meat to living cows. Cows are vegetarians; and hogs are not true meat
eaters, either. This eventually leads to acidosis and disease within these animals, just as
it does within us. Meat eating is known to be one of the chief and most direct causes of
