As you see my Gout Diet Plan makes common sense, if you want to lower your uric acid
levels, you need to eat 80% of your daily calories as carbohydrates in fresh fruits,
vegetables, whole wheat breads, whole wheat pastas, basmati rice, jasmine rice, brown
rice. 10% of your daily calories as protein in lean meats, chicken, fish (which is your best
source of protein), and beans. 10% of your daily calories in fat as in low fat milk, yogurt,
eggs, cheese, butter, nuts. This is so simple that a child can understand and will provide
you with the results you need to remain free from more gout attacks and high uric acid
levels.
