Deluxe Salad


This was the standard salad at The Raw Experience. Many of the restaurant’s recipes changed over the years, but this one stayed the same. If it


ain’t broke, don’t fix it.


SERVES 2 TO 4

1 head romaine lettuce, torn into small pieces
1 head red oak lettuce, torn into small pieces
2 heaping tablespoons alfalfa sprouts
2 heaping tablespoons shredded carrot
2 heaping tablespoons shredded beet
½ avocado, peeled, pitted, and thinly sliced
2 tablespoons seeded, chopped yellow bell pepper
2 cups Carrot-Cashew-Ginger Dressing

In a large salad bowl, make a bed of the lettuces and sprouts. Top with the carrot, beet, avocado, and bell pepper. Drizzle the dressing on top and
serve.
