Sesame Rawies


These sweet little rawies are quick and easy to make and have a great crunch when fully dried. (Pictured here)


SERVES 4 TO 6

2 cups sprouted sesame seeds
1 cup sunflower sprouts
1½ cups seeded, soaked dates, drained
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
Pinch of black sesame seeds, for garnish

Using a homogenizing juicer, homogenize all of the ingredients until smooth and place in a large bowl. Form into ½-inch balls and place them on a
dehydrator tray. Using one of the methods described here, dehydrate the balls for about 12 hours, or until firm. Garnish with the sesame seeds, and
then serve.
