Ultimate Sundae
Something similar to this great dessert recipe came with my Champion Juicer. It is nice to know that the people who make this very versatile
juicer enjoy the simplicity of raw ice cream. This dessert is a true winner.
SERVES 2 TO 4
6 bananas, peeled, frozen, and thickly sliced
11 strawberries, frozen
2 cups fresh, finely chopped coconut meat
2 cups Cashew Sauce or Carob Sauce
Berries or chopped walnuts, for garnishUsing a homogenizing juicer with the blank plate in place, homogenize the bananas, strawberries, and coconut separately. Transfer equal amounts
of each homogenized fruit to individual bowls. Stir the homogenized fruits in each bowl until swirled. Top each with some of the cashew sauce and
berries, or carob sauce and crushed walnuts, and serve immediately.
