This flavorful drink combines eight vegetables and is power-packed with a wide range of nutrients that provide long-lasting energy.
SERVES 1 OR 2
2 tomatoes
1 carrot
1 beet, peeled
1 yellow bell pepper
1 cucumber, ends trimmed and rubbed (see above)
2 stalks celery
½ cup loosely packed fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
1 or 2 cloves garlic
1 or 2 shots of wheatgrass juice (optional)
Process all of the ingredients except the wheatgrass juice through a juicer into a bowl and stir to combine. Pour into a glass. Add a shot of
wheatgrass to the glass for a lively kick!
