INTERNET SITES

These lists of Web and other Internet sites include
electronic addresses for some of sociology’s pro-
fessional associations and some special interest
groups, several resource referral sites giving many
additional links, several sites giving access to socio-
logical data, and lists of Internet Mailing Lists on
‘‘listservs.’’ The addresses given were all current as
of January 1, 1999. While many of the addresses
have been stable for several years, there is no
guarantee that they will remain accessible. None-
theless, these addresses profile sociology’s pres-
ence or representation on the Internet, especially
the Web, and serve as entry points to sociology-
related information in ‘‘cyberspace.’’
