Advanced Processing
We have seen that Split Tone Processing can
lead to some fantastic results, so combine what
you’ve learnt already and apply the Split Tone
Processing effect; you can have a completely
unique and one-of-a-kind image to present or
simply frame and admire.
Split Tone processing is a way of adding separate tints to the highlights and shadows
of an image. Like most processing techniques, it’s best to use it with subtlety
rather than going straight for maximum saturation. It’s also a good idea to use
complimentary colours that enhance the atmosphere of the image.
