This counter is used to count floors or levels of a building, and has a special
pronunciation for 3:

”The bedrooms are on the second floor.”

For floors underground, the prefix
(literally meaning ”under-
ground”) is used with this counter:

to floors, being
, meaning ”top floor” and the
meaning ”mez-
