Global Recruitment System
Beijing Institute of Technology implements an internationally adopt-
ed tenure system which is in line with the university strategy. It pro-
vides an academic path from tenure-track professor to tenured pro-
fessor to dedicated professor for our faculties. Now we are recruiting

Based on the layout of our academic disciplines, and following the paths
