I gave an invited talk at the Phyllosphere 2010 conference, “Host effects on the composition of the

microbial community”.

I gave an invited talk at the International Workshop on Postharvest Biological Control:

Challenges and Opportunities; my title was ‘Genetic Control of Plant Microflora”. I also facilitated

the new research directions planning session.

I gave an invited talk at East Carolina University titled “Genetic Control of Maize Phyllosphere

Diversity” in 2010.

In 2009 I presented seminars about iPlant data analysis and compute resources at University of

Missouri Columbia, University of Missouri St. Louis, New York University, Colorado State

University, Rice University, and Portland State University.
