with New York UniformCommercial CodeSection9-610.The Sale
will be conductedon the front steps of the NewYork County
SupremeCourt Building, located at 60 CentreStreet, New York,
NY 10007,and also will be broadcastfor remoteparticipation via
avirtual videoconference.The URL addressand password willbe

TheCollateral is being offeredasasingle lot, “as-is,where-is”,with
no expressor impliedwarranties, representations, statementsor
