pupils and parents down dancing till 6 a.m. The only snag was that we
couldn't get any drink to celebrate with, and this is the first Xmas in
years when I didn't have wine and whiskey with my Xmas dinner. Sad,
but a few million were worse off in Europe.
Constance is working hard to raise money to feed the starving kids
in Europe. It is a question that one is apt to repress all the time. I find
myself doing so sometimes.
Your son grows fast. I like his looks, brave and curious. Ena my wife
does not seem to get pregnant. I want her to see a specialist at once.
She hates specialists, aber... We are very happy together, and both
have the fullest in love. But she hates it when my female fans come
along and want to talk to me at length.
This fan business is tiresome... I often daydream of a quiet life
in the country with a garden, a workshop and some hens and no post
and no visitors, but I know I'd soon tire of that.
