John Eldredge is the founder and director of Ransomed Heart Ministries in
Colorado Springs, Colorado. The Ransomed Heart Ministries is a fellowship
devoted to helping people live from their deep heart. Those at the ministry believe

Eldredge is also a best-selling author, counselor, and lecturer. For more than 12
years, he was a writer and speaker for Focus on the Family. Eldredge received hi
undergraduate degree in theater from Cal Poly and worked as an actor and director
in Los Angeles for ten years. He received his M.A. in counseling from Colorado
Christian University.
