purchase our vegetables for they needed variety. Taking the vegetables all the
way to the Leh market is expensive.
Education has not helped address these issues. The educated youth are gradually
pushing themselves away from traditional practices of sustainable farming and
merely seek government jobs.
I may differ in my opinion from other members but I believe that these are
issues of significance and as a community leader; I need to ensure that they
are addressed.
