- France has laws which make it a crime to “provoke discrimination, hatred,
or violence toward a person or group of persons because of their origin or
belonging to a particular ethnicity, nation, race, or religion”. “Why French
Law Treats Dieudonné And Charlie Hebdo Differently”, The New
Yorker, 15 Jan 2015, http://www.newyorker.com/news/news-
desk/french-law-treats-dieudonne-charlie-hebdo-differently/. Birgitte
Bardot has been found guilty of breaking such laws. Novelists have also
faced prosecution for responses given to interview questions. One would
assume that the Koran 9:28 stating that we Kuffar are inherently and
permanently unclean would fall foul of such laws, but no prosecutions
arise. ↵
