PHOTOGRAPHY
One of the most blindingly colourful, overwhelmingly
chaotic, soothingly vibrant places of India. Varanasi is a really
warm city with dimly lit ghats, the Ganga, high sadhus posing
and making faces helping you click a better picture and of
course the pilgrims chanting ‘Har Har Mahadev’ just to find
an easier way to heaven.
Anyway, I’m more of a photographer than a writer. Here are
some of the photos i took on my last visit to the oldest city of
India.
Sandhya Aarti, which is an everyday ritual over there, brings
together a lot of onlookers at the Dashashwamedh Ghat.
