Adjectives
Adjectivesare words that describe nouns. They tell the size, color,
or quality of something: a bigroom, the redcar, four interesting
books. Here are some commonly used adjectives:
beautiful fast loud tall
big funny old terrible
black handsome quiet thirsty
boring interesting right ugly
careful late sad young
careless little short white
early long slow wrong
Circle the adjective that makes more sense in the sentence.
- I often go to a green/latemovie.
- Their little/rightboy is six years old.
- The wrong/youngteacher is very smart.
