Recently,Istarted watching a

programmeonmytabletbut later

wanted to continue on my phone.

However, theNetflixapp told me I

hadmadetoo many downloadsand

wouldn’t letmewatch. Itriedother

showsand they played without any

problem, but theprogrammeIwanted

to watchwas deniedtome. What’s

With th eNetflix Basic plan –

whichiswhatwethinkyou’ve

got–youcan store downloads

on onlyone device at atime. So,ifyou

downloaded this show both to your

tablet andyoursmartphone,you

wouldn ’t be able to watchitoneither

devi ce untilyou deletedone or other

download. Youcan stillstreamiton

eitherdevice–but, ag ain, youcan

only useone deviceatatime with

theBasic plan.

The simplest solution is to deletethe

original download fromyour tablet.

Alternatively, youcan paymorefor a

Netflix plan that’s more flexi ble. The

Standard plan,for example, lets you

download contentonuptotwo devices

at thesametime, whilePremium ups
