Baked Sweet Potato Chips
Preheat the oven to 230°C.
Cut the sweet potato into 5-mm-wide sticks; toss, on a large rimmed baking
sheet, with the olive oil and salt. Roast for 20 to 25 minutes or until crisp,
shaking once.
