Broccoli and Cauliflower Medley
Place the broccoli and cauliflower florets in a steamer basket set over boiling
water in a medium saucepan. Cover and steam until crisp-tender, about 4
minutes. (If you don’t have fresh broccoli or cauliflower, you can microwave
about 550 g frozen florets.)
Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a small frying pan over medium-low heat. Add
the garlic to the pan and cook, stirring occasionally, until golden, about 3
minutes. Remove the vegetables from the steamer, toss with the garlic and oil,
and squeeze the lemon over the top. Season with salt and red chilli flakes.
