Rocket-Quinoa Salad
In a serving bowl, toss together the vegetables, cheese, quinoa, and dressing.

60 g baby rocket
1 celery stalk, sliced
1 medium carrot, peeled and coarsely grated
85 g chopped precooked beetroot
70 g crumbled goat cheese
90 g cooked quinoa
1 ½ tablespoons Classic Vinaigrette

Spinach-Avocado Smoothie
Combine all the ingredients in a blender with 240 ml water and 4 or 5 ice cubes
and puree until smooth.
