Check for sodium and total carbohydrates (especially if they come
from sugar). Look to see what percentage of the daily recommended
value of each is in a serving.
Be aware of jargon, like “100% all-natural.” That sounds good until
you remember that sugar is all-natural, too.
Clearly healthy eating is important not just to prevent diseases so you live
longer, but to fortify your body to handle the inevitable moments when “stuff

Ideally, your meals will provide perfectly balanced nutrition, but life
