MILLE-FEUILLE WITH BERRIES:


You can add strawberries
or raspberries to your
mille-feuille. Place the
berries between the
rounds of mousseline, or
on top of the mille-feuille,
or both. I like to spread a
thin layer of raspberry jam
on the pastry before
topping when I use fruit.
