flavor. Although tarte au
fromage blanc is always
served at room
temperature in Alsace, I
think that this adaptation
is best served fresh from
the oven like a soufflé. I
recommend that you make
individual tarts instead of
one large one because the
warm berry filling will ooze
out and make it impossible
to serve nice slices.
