raspberry jam and allow to
cool. Scale the ingredients
you need for the rest of
the recipe.


2 Preheat the oven to


325°F/160°C. Line a sheet
pan with parchment paper
or a silpat. Place the
whole hazelnuts on the
sheet pan and place in the
oven for 15 minutes.
