curved shape. The tuiles
resting on the rolling pin
will cool and hold their
shape in a matter of 60
seconds. If you do not
have time to shape them
all and the tuiles on the
sheet pan get hard, just
put them back in the oven
for 2 to 3 minutes and
they will soften again.
