contributes a nice dark
chocolate kick. I have little
patience for chocolate
desserts, candies, or cakes
that are too sweet and
have no punch; they
should knock you off your
chair. If you can’t find
unsweetened chocolate
you can always combine
the weight of the two
types and use 85 grams of
a darker chocolate
