2 Melt the butter in a


small saucepan or
microwave-safe bowl and
allow to cool to
lukewarm.


3 Sift together the flour


and baking powder into
the bowl of your mixer.
Add the granulated sugar
and sea salt. Add the eggs,
melted butter, and zest
and mix with the dough
