knife (a cookie cutter is
easiest) cut out two 2-
inch circles. Cut a ¾-inch
hole in the center of each
round using a knife, a very
small cookie cutter, or a
pastry tip. Set aside.
9 Preheat the oven to
375°F/190°C. Remove the
meat pie from the
refriger-ator and brush
again with egg wash.
