purpose flour to that area.
Mix again for 5 minutes
and repeat this 2 more
times. Depending on the
amount of dough, after
about 15 minutes of
mixing the dough you
should hear a slapping
sound and the dough
should be very elastic and
completely wrapped
around the hook. It should
now look shiny and you
