minutes, stop the
machine and scrape the
butter and the dough
together with a rubber
spatula and mix for
another 2 minutes.
Eventually it will all be
absorbed. Add the
remaining soft butter and
repeat this mixing
procedure at medium
speed for a total of 4 to 5
