plastic, set the marked
sheet of plastic on top,
and, using a rolling pin,
gently roll the butter into
a 7¼ × 9–inch rectangle,
using the marking on the
top sheet of plastic wrap
as guidelines. Do not
press down too hard and
be careful that the
rectangle is the same
thickness all over. Wrap
