experienced. It could be something as seemingly
insignificant as a fly coming through the window of
their classroom, or something much more
newsworthy, such as one of their friends losing a
tooth or being able to tie their shoelaces for the first
time.
We must recapture that enthusiasm as we share what we
are doing online with the world. You may not think it a big
deal when you start a new blog, but that's cause to
celebrate and send out a press release. Long ago press
releases were much more formal than they are today.
Simply go to one of the free press release services (I like
http://www.Free-Press-Release.com and http://PR.com))
and tell your story. You will be writing about yourself in the
third person, and including as many details as possible.
Here is a press release I sent last year for a course I taught
with my friend and colleague Dr. Jeanette Cates:
Connie Ragen Green and Dr. Jeanette Cates are offering a
four week webinar series on how to start an online
business in the next 30 days. This course includes how to
choose a profitable niche, selecting a PLR eBook, editing
the sales letter, and getting it all online quickly. You will
then learn how to drive traffic to your site to make money
right away.
