- Get your prospects used to clicking on a link in your
email message. Once you are on my list you will see
that there is something to click on in each message
I send. It may be a link to a blog post or article I
have written, or to a product or course of my own or
of an affiliate. The idea is to get your prospects and
clients used to the idea of clicking on your link in
each email you send.
- Always forward and mask your affiliate link. Never
send out a naked, or raw, affiliate link. One, it is
just too messy, and two, your link could be broken
or changed so that you will not get credit. It is
worth the few minutes it takes to use a shortening
service (I use Budurl.com) or your own domain.
- Subscribe to your own list to see what it's like to
receive email messages from you. You must do this,
even after you have been online for awhile. When
you receive an email message from your
autoresponder sequence, read it all the way
through. Start with the subject line, then the body
of the message, and finally the P.S. Does it make
sense? Did you make a mistake with a link? Are
there any typos? I do this about every 6 months,
and the result has been that I am able to go back in
