been in the position of hearing about something
and not understanding what it is. It might me the
best thing since sliced bread, but if we do not
understand it or see the value of it then it won't
matter what the price is or any other details. You
must start at the beginning and explain in detail
what is being offered, why it is important, and what
results can be expected. This is the way to make
more sales and commissions for anything you
recommend, regardless of the price point.
- Take prospects 'offline' quickly, by speaking with
them on the phone and/or sending them a card in
the mail. I really can't emphasize the importance of
this one tip enough. Suffice it to say that connecting
with your prospects and clients with letters,
postcards, audio CD's, speaking with them on the
telephone, and a variety of other offline methods
will set you apart from everyone else doing business
on the Internet.
- Make sure you are on the list of the people you want
to promote, and read their emails and blog posts.
Also, connect with them on social media and at live
events. I like to know what they are promoting,
which sites they have set up, and how their
marketing is presented. I have learned so much
from being on people's lists, and either I love and
