Geoff Hoff has become a friend, mentor, confidant, and
student, filling each role with ease and grace. It is so
important to connect with people who are ascending the
ladder of success in a similar time and place as you, and
Geoff is that person for me.
As I think about my life over the past ten years or more, the
one person who stands head and shoulders above the rest
is Raymond Aaron. He was my very first mentor, and
started me down the path that would ultimately change my
life. When he had me take all of the keys off of my keychain
except for the ones I needed every day, something shifted
in my psyche and I have never been quite the same.
