PASQUALE CREAZZO

Pasquale Creazzo was born in

Cinquefondi on March 8, 1875 and was very

much influenced by the feudal environment

in which his personality was formed. Left an

orphan at a very young age, he was forced

very early to take care of the most

elementary problems. He took part in the

Resistance against the agrarian bloc and

Fascism, organizing strikes and protests. He

contributed to various papers and magazines

(Avanti, Corriere della Calabria, Calabria

Avanti, Calabria Letteraria...) revealing an

anarchist bent. He felt the hostility of the

regime and political imprisonment. He tried

his hand at various occupations, but with
