elled in great detail, although some problems
would likely be faced if these were put together
in a larger network.

Inputs and steps for planning and designing IP-
based networks have been treated in this paper,
including ways of characterising traffic demands
and network resources. In addition, an algorithm
for designing LSPs in a multi-service network
was outlined to show the applicability of the net-
work design.
